Information submitted through the form
The enquiry form collects your name, email address and message, and, if you choose to give them, your phone number, island, town and the service you are interested in. Please do not send passwords, bank details or identity documents.
The system size estimator works in your browser; the figures are not sent or stored unless you send them with the form.
Why it is used
Your details are used to reply to your enquiry and to arrange a survey or quotation if you ask for one. The legal basis is the steps you ask us to take before a possible contract and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries (Article 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). They are not used for unrelated marketing.
Who receives your enquiry
Your enquiry, and any bills or photos you send us, are shared with Solar in Spain (Solmate Solar S.L.), Pedreguer (Alicante), which carries out surveys, quotations and installations for Balearic Solar across the Balearic Islands. Only information relevant to the enquiry is shared, and it is not shared with anyone else. From that point, Solar in Spain is also responsible for how it uses the information, under its own privacy policy.
How the form is delivered and how long data is kept
The form is sent by this website's own server and emailed to Balearic Solar; no external form service is used. Enquiry details are kept for up to 12 months after the last contact. Bills and photos you send are deleted within 30 days after they have been passed on for your quotation, unless longer retention is required by law.
Analytics and cookies
No advertising or analytics platform is active on this site. Only essential technical storage is used. If you tap a phone or WhatsApp link, a short technical record (the page, the time, the referring page and browser type) is emailed to Balearic Solar so that enquiries can be followed up; it does not include your number. If analytics or advertising tools are added, this policy and consent controls will be updated first.
Your rights
To ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or to object, email info@balearicsolar.com. You can also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency at aepd.es.
