Information submitted through the form

The enquiry form collects a name, contact details, property location and information needed to handle an installation enquiry. Optional uploads may include electricity bills and roof photographs. Passwords, bank details and identity documents should never be submitted.

The information is processed with the enquirer’s consent so that BalearicSolar.com can handle the request and arrange a relevant response.

Independent providers

Where the enquirer has consented, BalearicSolar.com may introduce the enquiry and relevant attachments to a suitable independent provider so that provider can assess the requirements, contact the enquirer and prepare a quotation. Only information relevant to the enquiry is shared.

The enquiry consent does not cover unrelated marketing. Separate consent would be required for that purpose.

Form delivery and retention

FormSubmit processes submissions to deliver them to info@balearicsolar.com. Its service states that ordinary submissions are retained for 30 days and uploaded files are not retained in its submission archive.

Balearic Solar retains ordinary enquiry details for up to 12 months after the last contact. Uploaded electricity bills and roof photographs are deleted within 30 days after transfer to a suitable independent provider, unless longer retention is required by law.

Analytics and cookies

No advertising or analytics platform is active on this site. Essential technical storage and anti-spam controls may be used to operate and secure the website. If analytics, call tracking or advertising cookies are added, this policy and the site’s consent controls will be updated before those tools run.

Privacy requests

Requests concerning access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection can be sent to info@balearicsolar.com. A complaint may also be made to the Spanish Data Protection Agency at aepd.es.
