Solar installation in Andratx
We work with three broad types of property here, and each needs a different approach:

Panels, batteries and backup in Andratx
Panels cover daytime use; a battery helps where there is genuine surplus for the evening. On steep sites, finding a shaded, sheltered spot for the battery and inverter takes planning, and we include it in the survey. Backup for power cuts is a separate design.
Council notice and registration in Andratx
On urban land in the Balearic Islands, rooftop solar normally needs only a comunicación previa (prior notification) to the council under Ley 12/2017. We prepare and submit it. Where your property falls outside that route, we tell you at the survey and handle the alternative. In Andratx we check:

- Protected buildings and structural work: outside the simple route.
- Shared roofs: apartment blocks and developments need the owners' community's approval.
