The short answer
Typical home systems in Spain cost about €4,800 for five panels, €6,200 for ten and €8,500 for fifteen, including standard installation and legalisation. Many Mallorca houses fall in the €3,500 to €6,000 range for a simple system. Batteries, backup, difficult access and island logistics add to that.

What our price includes
Panels, inverter or microinverters, mounting rated for the location, protection, cabling, monitoring, installation, the council notice, the electrical certificate and registration. It is all itemised, so nothing appears later.
What pushes the price up
- Access. Steep plots, narrow old-town streets, cranes or street-occupation permits.
- Roof work. Broken tiles, tired flat-roof membranes or structural reinforcement.
- Electrical work. Three-phase supplies, several boards, or an old consumer unit.
- Coastal specification. Corrosion-resistant fixings and enclosures near the sea.
- Batteries and backup. Priced as separate lines so you can see what each adds.
- Formentera and remote fincas. Transport and longer cable runs.
Savings depend on timing
The biggest saving comes from electricity you use directly while the panels produce. Surplus is credited at a lower value. That is why we show expected direct use and export separately in every quotation.
Rebates
