Begin with the community, not a sales drawing

Owners need a clear proposal covering common-area demand, participating homes, cost allocation, maintenance and what happens when a property is sold. Technical allocation coefficients must match the registered arrangement.

Roof condition, fire access, shading and future maintenance should be surveyed before the community votes on a final scheme.
