Can my apartment have solar?
Usually through the building: the community installs a shared system on the roof and owners take a share of the electricity through collective self-consumption.
Community approval
The owners' community has to agree. The Ley de Propiedad Horizontal sets reduced majorities for renewables. We prepare a technical proposal and budget for the meeting and work with your administrador de fincas.
Sharing the output
Each participating supply gets an agreed percentage of the generation. Owners who do not join are unaffected.
Common-area solar
The simpler option: solar for the community's own supply, lifts, lighting, pool pumps and garage doors, lowering the community fees.
Roof space
Lift housings, water tanks and terraces reduce the usable area. We survey and show a realistic layout before the vote.
